Scripture invites us to consider some changes with our lifestyle and diet, especially if you have Vata related conditions, such as anxiety, depression, aches and pains, asthma (dryness and wheezing). flatulence.

There are many ways to to to this, here are 3 things you should consider, especially if you already have any of the have above mentioned conditions.
- Introduce grounding and heavy foods groups such as Potatoes, Kumara, Carrots, Beetroots, Pumkin etc. Note, better cooked than raw. This will make you feel more steady within yourself.
- Self massage daily or weekly, preferably with sesame oil and before shower. If you are feeling lazy to do a self massage, give me a call and happy book you in for a fabulous massage with luscious oils. Your body will simply soak up the oil, leaving your feeling warmly enveloped. This will counteract the effects of dryness.
- Become disciplined in your daily routine such as diet, wake up time, bed time.This will help smooth our the rough edges in our mannerism and attitude.
